NAG f90 Library - Thread Safety

The NAG fl90 Library is thread-safe from Release 3.

None of the Fortran constructs that prohibit thread-safety are used in this Library. However users are advised to refer to the Users' Notefor details of whether the Library is compiled in a manner that facilitates the use of threads.
