How to get technical support from NAG

The NAG Response Center (Infodesk) and the NAG technical staff are here to help you. It is our goal to provide you efficient, effective, and reliable technical support. To help us help you, please use the procedures described below.

Please keep in mind that renewing or maintaining paid-up support ensures that NAG can provide you with prompt technical assistance. Not only does this enable you to obtain technical advice from NAG's experienced team of experts but it also entitles you to receive, without further cost, any updates to the licensed product.

Before contacting NAG, please collect the following information:

Your Customer SiteID (if applicable) -- include this number in all correspondence with NAG. (Located on sticker included with media, packing slip, signed license, Installer Note, or this sheet included with your order.)
NAG product name and version (e.g. NAG C Library Mark 8),
NAG product code (e.g. CLDLL084ZL)
Your computer model, operating system and compiler (if applicable)

When contacting NAG:

Gather the information requested above in the section "Before Contacting NAG".
Technical support is available by phone, however, we find many customers prefer to contact us through email.

After Contacting NAG

We will assign your request a tracking number (referred to as a LOG# or CAS-) and promptly acknowledge your support request. This acknowledgement will include your assigned log number. Please include your assigned log number in all correspondence concerning your support request.
You will receive a reply from our technical staff, usually within 24 hours.
