Their combined commercial expertise and international perspective will further strengthen the Board as the Group continues to invest in long-term growth and innovation across its portfolio.
Maria Costeira adds deep expertise in venture capital, technology and innovation. With a background in investment leadership and scaling technology companies, Maria works closely with scale-ups to support their global growth and expansion into new markets and sectors. Her experience in guiding high-growth businesses will provide valuable insight as n² Group continues to evolve and expand.
Ruth Pickering brings extensive senior leadership experience across technology, telecommunications and artificial intelligence. She is Managing Director of UncoverAI and has held executive and board positions spanning startups and global organisations. Throughout her career, Ruth has led strategy, innovation and product portfolio development, helping businesses navigate growth and technological transformation.
The Board looks forward to working with Ruth and Maria to help guide the future direction of n² Group and advance long-term investments across its companies: BioTeam, nAG, STAC Research, VSN International and X-ISS.
